Quality Technician schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
Quality Technician duties:
*
Assure the compliance of all incoming and outgoing materials, ingredients and packaged products with Snyder of Berlin/Utz Quality Foods standards.
*
Maintain accurate quality assurance records, as directed by the Quality Assurance Supervisor and Manager
*
Keep the Quality Assurance Supervisor and Production Manager informed of any production concerns, problems and food safety issues
*
Perform other duties as assigned that will impact and support the overall outcome of the company and department objectives.
Quality Technician qualifications:
*
Ability to manage responsibilities and workflow effectively and efficiently to consistently meet time frames for work assignments.
*
Solid decision-making skills with ability to recognize boundaries and seek assistance when needed.
*
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with different groups, departments and levels of management, especially when team actions are necessary.
Quality Technician pay: $17.48
